We want you to love your LuxyLab products. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Not eligible for return: Opened/used products, gift cards, final sale items.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email shop@luxylab.de with your order number and reason
  2. We will send return instructions and authorization
  3. Ship the item back following provided instructions
  4. Refund processed within 5-10 business days of receipt

Refunds

Refunds issued to original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs non-refundable unless return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Products

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping.
